Once you are happy with the menu, you confirm and pay a 30% deposit to secure the date; the balance is charged the day after the event.

Yes. Every chef sends a detailed menu proposal before you pay anything. You can request changes, swap dishes, and confirm the final menu together before booking.

The per-person price covers menu planning, grocery shopping, cooking, service during your event, and full kitchen cleanup. Any premium ingredients or wine pairings are itemised in the proposal.

Just note any allergies or dietary needs in your request. Chefs build menus around them and clearly mark which dishes are adapted, so every guest can eat safely.

A standard home kitchen is plenty. Chefs bring their own specialist equipment when needed and will confirm anything specific before the event.

Confirmed bookings are non-refundable, except in special circumstances reviewed by our support team. If your chef cancels and we cannot find a similar replacement in time, you get 100% of your payment back, including all service fees.

Absolutely. Once you find a chef you love, you can arrange weekly or monthly dinners directly through the platform.
