Chi è Nadia
Hi, I'm Nadia, the chef behind Banzaï in Brussels.
Food and hospitality have been my life for about ten years. I've done it all: serving, bartending, catering, and working in kitchens. Two years ago I turned that passion into my own private chef business, because nothing makes me happier than bringing people together and seeing them enjoy themselves around a table.
My cooking is rooted in my Japanese heritage and shaped by my love of travel. Every trip brings back new ideas, flavours, and little discoveries that find their way onto the plate. The result is food that feels homey and comforting, with original touches that surprise you.
For me, a great meal is about more than what's on the plate. I love creating a cosy, relaxed atmosphere where you can forget about the kitchen, spend time with your guests, and simply enjoy the moment. Whether it's an intimate dinner, a celebration with friends, or a special occasion, I'll bring the flavours and the warmth; you just bring your appetite.
